When we collect sensitive information online (such as passport numbers, birthdates, addresses, etc.), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner.
We do not collect credit card data. When you make a credit card payment on our travel partners websites, the information is encrypted and transaction takes place directly between you and your credit card company. Your credit card company provides payment to us after it approves the transactions.
Information collection, use, and sharing
We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily provide us via our website, and by email or telephone contact with you.
We will use your information to respond to your specific requests. Under no circumstance will we share information you provide to us with any organization or agency other than those absolutely necessary for travel arrangements. Nor will we sell or rent this information to anyone.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about new Cuba programs. You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time.
Your access to and control over information
You have permanent access to and control over your personal information and subscription preferences.

Passport numbers and other vital data are only retained for the period prior to and during travel. Following your return from Cuba this information is permanently deleted. Credit card information is never retained.
Only our employees and contractual partners who need your details to perform a specific job task (for example, billing, air ticketing or customer service) are granted access to your personal information.
